Meet Dr. Nneka

PhD Respiratory Medicine | Yoga teacher | Londoner

We start the day with a 60 minute yoga session to energise and awaken you.

Dr Nneka's teaching style takes much inspiration from her yoga training and self-practice in Ashtanga vinyasa and Rocket. Expect a playful and dynamic yoga practice, accompanied by carefully curated music to elevate your experience.

As we move into our second practice, we take a long deep breath into our body as we begin to slow down the mind.

Amrita is a classically trained Ayurvedic practitioner and yoga teacher, guiding others through the interplay of body, spirit and cyclical wisdom. Her presence is an invitation to slow down, soften, and remember the power of presence.

Meet Amanda Denton

Senior Yoga Teacher | Sound Healer | Body Worker

As we begin to slow down the day, Amanda leads us through a juicy, nourishing yin yoga practice, accompanied by live sound healing instruments.

Amanda is a registered SYT teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals who teaches yoga & sound meditation at some of London's finest yoga studios. Over the years, she has deepened her practice by embracing sound healing and somatic movement, seeking a more nurturing and supportive approach to wellness.
